Sprung Wood Makiwara

This striking target makiwara is formed from a hard-wearing
block of wood into which are cut a number slots. These slots form spung wooden leaves that contract slightly when struck.
Covered in a dense foam pad, the front of the Makiwara is covered in a hygenic synthetic leather. Ideal for practicing hand
and foot techniques at home or in the Dojo.
The Makiwara is secured to the wall by three dowel hooks.
Approx Size: 11" Length, 6" Width.
